• Service Errors: If there is a technical issue or error on our part that results in an incorrect transaction, we will rectify the error and issue a refund where appropriate.

3. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following transactions are not eligible for refunds:

• Transactions made with incorrect account information provided by the user.
• Transactions that have been successfully processed and received by the intended recipient.
• Transactions made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
