By accessing and using NanoPay, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using NanoPay's services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our app.
To access certain features of the app, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Some features of NanoPay may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees or charges based on the terms set forth for the paid services. We may change the pricing of our services at any time.
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nanosoftwares and its licensors. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nanosoftwares.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
In no event shall Nanosoftwares, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
